KITE AND/OR WINGFOIL INSTRUCTOR
Duotone Pro Center Zanzibar is looking for passionate kite and wing foil instructors.
If water is your element and kiteboarding or wing foiling has been your passion for years, this could be your next adventure. We’re offering a seasonal instructor position in Zanzibar (June to October and December to March). - You are a licensed kitesurfing instructor and/or wing foil instructor, have training experience and lead courses for all skill levels.
- You are bursting with energy and can’t wait to pass on your knowledge and technique to our guests.
- You make sure that our guests take great kitesurfing and/or wing foiling experiences back with them from their vacation.
- You enjoy interacting with clients from all different parts of the world and are willing to organize course planning as well as other activities on windless days such as SUP or sports classes.
- You are friendly, motivated and enjoy working with adults and children.
- You are a fun and and reliable team player.
- Day to day center activities such as equipment distribution, organization, maintenance, clean-up, course scheduling, invoicing
- Teaching according to the IKO standards, incl. post-course student certification
- Daily planning of kite courses
- Checking of wind forecast and tides
- Teaching Kite/Wing theory while there is no wind
- Delivering the best service and highest quality instructions
- Brand ambassador of Duotone Pro Center Zanzibar, with good knowledge of Duotone, ION & Fanatic equipment
- Management support of Duotone Pro Center Social Media channels

CENTER MANAGER | FULL-TIME
Duotone Pro Center Zanzibar is looking for a passionate and experienced Watersports Center Manager to join our team.

- Strong passion for watersports with confident skills in kitesurfing, wing foiling, windsurfing and/or surfing
- High energy, positive attitude, and a natural ability to connect with guests
- You thrive in an international environment and enjoy working with guests from around the world
- Comfortable organizing lesson schedules and keeping guests engaged on light-wind days (SUP, fitness, sports sessions)
- Fun, reliable team player who leads by example
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of 5 instructors and beach staff
- Fast learner who adapts quickly and focuses on solutions
- Calm, focused, and effective under pressure
2–3 years of experience in hospitality and/or a watersports environment - Watersports certifications IKO strong advantage
Sales-oriented mindset with guest-focused upselling skills is a plus
- Oversee daily kite center operations including lessons, rentals, and guest activities
- Plan and coordinate kite, wing, and windsurf courses
- Ensure instructors are fully booked and organize activities on non-wind days (SUP, wakefoil, etc.)
- Manage guest communication, bookings, and lesson planning
- Monitor wind forecasts and tides to optimize daily schedules
- Supervise instructors, guests, and equipment scheduling
- Ensure proper maintenance, storage, and stock control of all equipment
- Act as a brand ambassador for Duotone Pro Center (Duotone, ION & Fanatic)
- Support marketing, social media, and partnerships
- Build a positive team culture and encourage guest reviews on Google & TripAdvisor

CREATIVE ALL-ROUNDER
Are you creative, full of energy, and dreaming of spending a few months on a tropical island?For the upcoming season, we are looking for a Content Creator / DJ / Yoga Instructor to join our team in Zanzibar for a temporary 3-month work exchange.Ideally, you combine all three skills in one person—but if you’re strong in two, we’d still love to hear from you.
Create engaging photo & video content (Reels, Stories, Posts) for our hotel and watersports center
Capture daily island life, watersports action, activities events, and good vibes
Host DJ sunset sessions, sunset vibes, or small events
Offer yoga or fitness sessions for guests (sunrise or sunset sessions)
Join guest activities and help showcase the experience across social media
Support the team where needed and be part of daily island life
- Strong content creation skills (Reels & Stories a must)
- Comfortable in front of and behind the camera
- Positive, social, and easy-going personality
- DJ and/or yoga instructor skills are a huge bonus
- Love for ocean life, travel, and community vibes
